Course Overview
The SAFe for Teams course is delivered in an instructor-led format, either in person or via live online delivery. Tuition includes access to SAFe Studio, which provides the digital course workbook, supporting learning resources, and a practice exam. The cost of the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam is included in the tuition, with no separate exam or registration fees.
Upon successful completion, participants are eligible to take the SAFe® Practitioner certification exam and apply team-level Agile practices that support reliable delivery and enterprise alignment.
The Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) enables organizations to apply Agile and Lean practices at enterprise scale by aligning teams, strategy, and execution around value. Within this system, Agile teams are the delivery engine. SAFe for Teams focuses on how individual teams operate effectively within a larger, coordinated environment—where shared cadence, visibility, and quality are essential to predictable outcomes.
The SAFe® for Teams course prepares Agile team members to work efficiently in a scaled Agile environment. Participants learn how to collaborate with other teams, plan and execute iterations, manage dependencies, and deliver value incrementally while maintaining built-in quality. The course emphasizes practical execution, transparency, and continuous improvement at the team level.
Grounded in the Scaled Agile Framework® from Scaled Agile, Inc., this course provides hands- on guidance for applying Scrum and Kanban practices within SAFe and contributing effectively to enterprise-scale delivery.

The SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam fee is included in the tuition, with no separate registration or testing costs.
After completing the course, participants are eligible to take the SAFe® Agilist certification exam and develop Lean-Agile leadership capabilities to successfully lead and sustain large-scale Agile transformations.
