The SAFe® DevOps course provides a practical, enterprise-focused approach to improving the flow of value from idea to release. In the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), DevOps is not a standalone technical function—it is an enterprise capability that enables fast, reliable, and high-quality delivery aligned to business objectives.
This course introduces the CALMR approach—Culture, Automation, Lean flow, Measurement, and Recovery—as the foundation for optimizing the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Participants learn how to identify bottlenecks, reduce delays, improve collaboration across development, operations, security, and compliance, and design resilient systems that support frequent releases without sacrificing stability.
Grounded in the official SAFe framework from Scaled Agile, Inc., the course emphasizes principles, practices, and behaviors rather than specific tools. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to apply DevOps practices that improve delivery speed, quality, and recovery across the enterprise while supporting sustainable, long-term performance.
Course Format:
This is a live, instructor-led SAFe® DevOps course delivered online via Zoom. The course is offered over scheduled sessions and is a one-time class (not a subscription).
