Join us for our October "Leading SAFe" session! Class will be held on Saturday, October 10th to Sunday, October 11th. Class will be held from 9am to 4pm EST.

The Leading SAFe® course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles, practices, and mindset required to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).

Designed for leaders and change agents, this course focuses on system-level thinking rather than team-level mechanics. Participants will learn how to align strategy, funding, and execution around value streams, enable effective Program Increment (PI) Planning, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and built-in quality across large organizations.

Grounded in the official SAFe framework from Scaled Agile, Inc., this course equips participants with the knowledge and leadership behaviors needed to successfully guide and sustain enterprise-scale Agile transformations in complex environments.
