The SAFe® for Teams course prepares Agile team members to effectively contribute to value delivery within a scaled Agile environment. As the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) aligns strategy, execution, and teams around value, Agile teams serve as the foundation of successful enterprise delivery.
This course focuses on how teams operate within SAFe, emphasizing collaboration, shared cadence, transparency, and built-in quality. Participants learn how to plan and execute iterations, manage dependencies, apply Scrum and Kanban practices, and work effectively with Product Owners and other Agile roles across the Agile Release Train.
Grounded in the official SAFe framework from Scaled Agile, Inc., the course provides practical, hands-on guidance to help team members deliver value incrementally, support Program Increment (PI) execution, and continuously improve outcomes. Upon completion, participants are equipped to apply team-level Agile practices that support predictable delivery and alignment across the enterprise.
Course Format:
This is a live, instructor-led SAFe® for Teams course delivered online via Zoom. The course is offered over scheduled sessions and is a one-time class (not a subscription).
