Join us for our April "Leading SAFe for Government" session! Class will be held in the evenings on Monday and Wednesday's on the following dates: April 20, 22, 27, and 29. Class will be held from 6pm to 9pm EST.
Leading SAFe® for Government is an instructor-led course designed to equip government leaders and change agents with the knowledge and skills needed to lead Lean-Agile transformation at scale. Grounded in the Scaled Agile Framework and tailored for public-sector environments, this course addresses the unique realities of government delivery, including regulatory compliance, governance, acquisition constraints, and fixed funding models.
Participants gain a system-level understanding of how SAFe® enables agencies to align strategy to execution, improve mission outcomes, and deliver value predictably while maintaining accountability and oversight.
Course Format:
This is a live, instructor-led online course delivered via Zoom. The course is offered over scheduled sessions and is a one-time class (not a subscription).

Prerequisites:
