The AI-Empowered SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) course prepares professionals to effectively serve as Scrum Masters within a scaled Agile enterprise—while responsibly leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance facilitation, insight, and continuous improvement.
In SAFe®, Scrum Masters operate within a broader system of teams, shared cadences, and coordinated delivery. This course goes beyond team-level Scrum to focus on enabling execution across the Agile Release Train, supporting Program Increment (PI) Planning, improving flow, and fostering high-performing Agile teams aligned to enterprise value streams.
Grounded in the official Scaled Agile Framework® from Scaled Agile, Inc., the course provides practical guidance on applying Scrum and Kanban in a SAFe environment while positioning AI as a supporting capability—not a replacement for leadership or judgment. Participants learn how AI-enabled insights can support transparency, flow optimization, and continuous improvement while maintaining accountability, quality, and human-centered decision-making. Upon completion, participants will be prepared to support Agile teams operating effectively within the complexity of large-scale delivery environments.
Course Format:
This is a live, instructor-led AI-Empowered SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) course delivered online via Zoom. The course is offered over scheduled sessions and is a one-time class (not a subscription).
