We teach concepts, not lists to memorize!
Three primary sources are utilized in preparation for the PMP exam:

-
The 7th Edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) - 274 pages
-
The Process Group Practice Guide - 376 pages
-
The Agile Practice Guide - 190 pages

These resources offer a comprehensive overview of the concepts PMI expects candidates to be familiar with. However, memorizing 840 pages of dense content can be daunting. Additionally, the Project Management Institute says that the exam isn't limited to these specific documents. Fortunately, memorization isn't necessary!

We focus on teaching fundamental concepts rather than rote memorization. By grasping the underlying principles of predictive projects, the solutions become evident. The same principle applies to agile methodologies and the various tools and techniques employed.

We supplement this approach with cutting-edge exam test simulators and personalized mentoring to ensure your success in achieving any PMI certification you pursue.
